Food is a definite kryptonite for me. But here are a few of my major weaknesses.
Regular Pepsi
Dry Cereal - throwing my hand in there and STUFFING it into my face
Cookies
Candy
And, recently, my son's Fruit Snacks. Not just one small package - but, like, a half a box of them! EEK!
So - yesterday I was OK. I did my exercise (Turbo Jam Learn and Burn) and I did NOT have any Regular Soda and only 1 Diet! YAY! But....that damn dry cereal. Calling my name. Quaker Oatmeal Squares in Cinnamon. My son and I ate half the box between us yesterday! I wish I could say I regret it. I really don't. And THAT'S what I regret. That I enjoy what I eat and have no guilt about it. And I wonder I why I am "curvy!"

There are worse things you could eat then a tasty higher fiber cereal!
ReplyDeleteI eat pretty good, and I learned through Weight Watchers that food is not my issue (which was surprising I'll be honest). Energy is my kryptonite, and possibly time. I know if I get right up and work out first thing I will have a ton of energy and probably still get a second smaller work out in before bed but damned if when the kids roll me out of bed at 6:30-7am if I can convince myself of that when I'm looking at all the things I need to do today.
OH! and FACEBOOK. FACEBOOK is a kryptonite! GRRRRRRR!
